1. Who we are

Finnex is a progressive web application (PWA) for personal finance management. This privacy policy describes how we treat — or more precisely, how we do not treat — your personal information.

2. Data Finnex does NOT collect

Finnex does not collect, transmit or store on external servers any type of personal information, including:

Name, email address or contact details
Financial information (transactions, amounts, categories)
Location data
Device identifiers
Usage or behavior data within the app

3. Local storage

All information you enter in Finnex — transactions, goals, debts, settings — is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This information:

Never leaves your device
Is not synced with any server
Is not accessible by third parties
Only you can view, export or delete it

4. Data export

Finnex allows you to export your data in CSV or JSON format. These files are generated locally on your device. Finnex has no access to any file you export.

5. Cookies and tracking

Finnex does not use tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies. For more information, see our Cookie Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Finnex website uses Google Fonts to load the Nunito typeface. This request may log your IP address on Google's servers according to their own privacy policy. We do not use any other third-party services.

7. Minors

Finnex is not directed at children under 13. By using the app, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with the corresponding update date.
